SPC has recommended that no PBOR be issued as domestic servants at the residences of defence officers. If any oficers is found to use in this way, the salary of the PBOR be paid from the salary of the officers. It it being followed?
ReplyDeletePBOR also should be ware of their rights and duties. They are no more in British Indian Army.
It is a good news that PBOR have been permitted to purchase cars from CSD. Ideally there should not have any differenciations on purchases from CSD for Offrs & PBORs. So far as money is available all defence personnel should be equally permitted for any purchases from CSD.
ReplyDeleteThere are states where there is total prohibitions and un-scrupulous defence officers might be making money by diverting CSD liquours to open markets.
Only in defence cantonments areas where family can not be kept, liquor can be sold from CSD. At peace stations & family stations liquor should not be sold on the same logic some states are promulgating total prohibitions.
This will same many defence service families.
