LT COL PB4 clarification regarding deputation issued by MOD

Now most of the LT Cols are in PB4 SAIs are likely to be issued in a week's time

    Having 2 pay bands for one rank i.e. Lt Col doesn't sound justified.

    please intimate if the SAI, for incl of LtCols in the PB 4, have been finally been issued ? CDA (O) PUNE, nor the CDA (P) Allahabad, have any clue about it.
    Does any one have idea, on the revised rates of Disability Pension
